WELCOME Rev. Jacob T. Jackson
WELCOMING PRAYER
God of joy and peace,
We come into your presence today with thankful hearts.
Help us to rejoice in you, to be gentle with one another,
and to bring every worry and concern before you in prayer.
Quiet our hearts and open our minds
so that we may hear your Word
and notice what is true, good, and worthy of praise.
May your peace surround us as we worship together.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

PRELUDE
INVOCATION (Remain Seated)
Loving God,
We praise you because you are good,
and your love lasts forever.
You have done amazing things,
more than we could ever count.
Help us to do what is right,
to treat others fairly,
and to live in ways that honor you.
Forgive us for the times we forget you,
for the times we choose other things over you,
and for the times we do what we know is wrong.
Remind us of all you have done for us.
Help us trust you, follow you,
and remember that you are always with us.
Be with us now as we worship.
Open our hearts, our minds, and our lives to you.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.

God, You are the Good Shepherd,
You provide for us, guide us, and care for us in every season of life.
You lead us beside still waters and remind us that we never walk alone.
Receive these gifts as a sign of our trust and gratitude.
Use them to care for others, share your love, and build your kingdom.
May goodness and mercy follow us,
and may everything we give and everything we do bring glory to you.
