WELCOME & OPENING PRAYER Worship Leader
Gracious and loving God,
We come into this space of worship and you welcome us just as we are. Still our hearts, steady our minds, and draw us into your presence. As we gather, remind us that our truest peace is found not in what we chase, but in trusting you, our steady Rock. Be with us now, and make us aware of your nearness.
Amen.

Faithful God,
You promise perfect peace to those whose minds are stayed on you. Set our hearts on things above, where Christ reigns in love and mercy. Shape this time of worship so that it centers us, grounds us, and reorients our lives toward what truly matters.
Amen.

**UM HYMN #462 “Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus”
Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus,
And to take him at his word;
Just to rest upon his promise,
And to know, thus saith the Lord.
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust him!
How I’ve proved him o’er and o’er!
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
O for grace to trust him more!
O how sweet to trust in Jesus,
Just to trust his cleansing blood;
And in simple faith to plunge me
Neath the healing, cleansing flood!.
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust him!
How I’ve proved him o’er and o’er!
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
O for grace to trust him more!
Yes, tis sweet to trust in Jesus,
just from sin and self to cease;
Just from Jesus simply taking
Life and rest, and joy and peace.
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust him!
How I’ve proved him o’er and o’er!
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
O for grace to trust him more!
I’m so glad I learned to trust thee,
Precious Jesus, Savior, friend;
And I know that thou art with me,
Wilt be with me to the end.
Jesus, Jesus, how I trust him!
How I’ve proved him o’er and o’er!
Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus!
O for grace to trust him more!
OFFERING & OFFERTORY
**DOXOLOGY
Praise God from whom all blessings flow;
Praise Him all creatures here below;
Praise Him above ye heav’nly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.
OFFERTORY PRAYER Worship Leader
Generous God,
Everything we have comes from you. In a world that teaches us to want more and hold tighter, you invite us to trust more and open our hands.
As we offer these gifts, remind us that you are our provider. Use what is given to meet real needs, to bring hope, and to reflect your love. Shape us into people who seek not more for ourselves, but more of you in our lives.
Amen.
JOYS AND CONCERNS Worship Leader
PASTORAL PRAYER Worship Leader
God of peace,
You know the joys we celebrate today. The moments of gratitude, healing, love, and new beginnings that lift our spirits. We thank you for every sign of your goodness among us. We thank you for [joy, joy, joy…]
You also know the concerns we carry. The worries we name aloud and the burdens we hold quietly in our hearts. We lift to you the prayers spoken and unspoken, trusting that you hear every one. We trust into your care [concern, concern, concern…]
Help us, Lord, to discern between what we want and what we truly need. When our hearts are restless, steady us. When our focus drifts, lift our eyes toward you. Teach us to trust you not only in abundance, but in uncertainty as well.
Gather all our prayers together now as we pray the words Jesus taught us, saying:
Our Father…
